The Directors of the Fund include:
Alistair Bell, Managing Director. Alistair is a property developer and has been for many years now. Personally he is has participated in excess of $30 million of property deals and has worked with clients to help fund and advise over $200 million of clients property projects. The skills brought to the fund by Alistair are imperative to the success and profitability. Alistair's number one objective is to keep all share holders investment in safe high growth investments to be able to deliver extremely attractive returns time and time again.
Duncan Stitt, Executive Director. Duncan is a solicitor in his own right and has been over the last 30 years, he is highly proficient in property and commercial law. Duncan looks after and advises the company on all legal requirements and ensures the investments the Fund makes are secured by water tight mortgages and guarantees from the entity being lent the money.
Frank Horvath, Executive Director. Frank is our CFO, his background is in Accounting Strategies and Financial Management. He has run multiple business and currently is a Financial Consultant, advising multiple businesses how to financially run their business dealing with tasks as little as MYOB to providing cashflow forecasts and full financial accounts.
When Alistair Bell originally set up Consortium Capital Fund Ltd he saw that many boutique funds were making the mistake of only having property developers or multiple people with the same skill as the Board of Directors. His views are to be able to deliver a sustainable investment opportunity that is profitable year after year there needed to be a balance in the skills of the Board Members. As Alistair is a property developer, Duncan is our Solicitor and Frank our Accounts we have all aspects covered when assessing a new opportunity for the shareholders money to be invested into.
